This penny lever lid tin can is called ring lid tagger(RLT) usually. It differs from paint tin can in that it is typically used for food packaging not chemical. People often use ring lid tagger to carry dry food and powder such as coffee, nuts and milk powder. The thin aluminium film on the ring provides an enhanced seal for the can. Moreover, the water-based sealing compound ensures that the can remain airtight. Both can make the contents safer. The inner and outer coating can be customized, you can choose BPA-NI for the food safety.
