These tapered pail lids are made from plain electroplated tinplate (ETP), tinplate free steel sheet (TFS), or galvanized material, with or without nozzles.

Interior unlined prime or gold paint depends on the capacity of the waterborne paint pail.
An internal foam strip seal maintains the air tightness of the barrel and lid, and an EVA/PVC/PE/Silicone rubber gasket is available as an option.
Pail Bottoms: Standard 272mm bottom can be design with rib or only plain design without rib. Interior use water-base sealing compound and 5 times sealing /7 times sealing to keep air-tight.
