Electronic Tinplate (ETP), Tin Free Steel (TFS) or Galvanized material are all commonly used for paint cans. A variety of coating/lacquer colours is available, including clear, gold, white, buff and plain. Colors can also be customised to meet specific requirements. For the inner coating, epoxy resin, polyester, polyurethane and acrylic resin are available as options. It should be noted that some epoxy resins contain BPA. Polyester resins are considered safer for use in food packaging due to the absence of BPA in their composition. Polyester, polyurethane and acrylic resins are available for use as outer coatings. The selection of materials can be tailored to your specific needs.

Pail Bottoms: Standard 272mm bottom can be design with rib or only plain design without rib. Interior use water-base sealing compound and 5 times sealing /7 times sealing to keep air-tight.
