Manufactured from premium prime tinplate, our triple tight paint tin can lid offers exceptional structural rigidity and rust resistance. It is perfectly compatible with standard 5-liter round tin cans used globally in the coatings industry. We support plain, gold lacquered, or custom printed finishes with high-quality water-based sealing compounds injected to withstand long-distance export transportation.
When it comes to paint cans, there are three main materials you’ll often find: electronic tinplate (ETP), tin-free steel (TFS) and galvanized material. We’ve got a whole range of coating options for you to choose from, including clear, gold, white, buff, and plain lacquer. We’d also be delighted to supply the product in a bespoke colour if you’d like! When it comes to the inner coating, we’ve got a great selection of epoxy resin, polyester, polyurethane, and acrylic resin for you to choose from. Just a heads-up, some epoxy resins contain BPA. Polyester resins are a great alternative to epoxy resins and are considered safer for use in food packaging as they don’t contain BPA. For the outer coating, we’ve got polyurethane, acrylic resin, and polyester for you to pick from. Just let us know what you need!
